Gabrielle Garritano, Founder & CEO
Gabrielle (aka Gabby) is a board-certified, New York-licensed Physician Assistant. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Manhattan, and has spent the past decade pursuing her dream of becoming a medical aesthetics authority to her generation.
Prior to founding JECT, Gabby worked alongside several of New York City’s top plastic surgeons, where she gained extensive experience in aesthetic injectables, skincare, and minimally-invasive procedures. Considered a thought leader in preventative medical aesthetics, her highly specialized experience and training give her a distinct perspective in today’s rapidly changing cosmetic and medical landscape. Gabby is a true advocate of medical aesthetics being part of a patient’s overall health and well-being.
She is an active member of The Wing, The New York Junior League, The American Academy of Physician Assistants, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants. She is a devoted student of yoga and meditation, which has been fundamental to her work and desire to maintain balance in her life. Gabby has traveled the world with the intention of making JECT a global organization.

Devon Nagelberg, Co-Founder & Head of brand
Devon is a marketing and consumer engagement leader with extensive retail and beauty industry expertise. She brings international perspective and a global mindset to her mission of accelerating JECT’s growth.
Devon oversees JECT’s marketing/media, client engagement and business development strategies, with focus on the brand’s quest to revolutionize the industry, making medical aesthetic services accessible and mainstream. She is responsible for JECT’s distinct image and voice and for ensuring an engaging experience across all channels.
Prior to JECT, Devon lived and worked in Hong Kong, leading creative operations and managing consumer engagement for Estée Lauder Companies’ Clinique APAC. Before Estée Lauder, Devon was with Bloomingdale’s, where she was the Managing Editor of social and digital media. While at Bloomingdale’s, she produced large-scale activations and strategic partnerships targeting millennials, including NY Fashion Week and new store opening initiatives.
Having studied and worked in Beijing previously, she has always been passionate about Asia and sees huge opportunity for JECT there in the future. Devon is an avid swimmer and triathlete.
