Meet Gabby Garritano
CEO & Founder of JECT
Gabby Garritano, PA-C, is the Founder and CEO of JECT, a medical aesthetics company redefining injectables and skincare by setting a new standard for self-care.
Gabby’s passion for skincare began early, when she started creating DIY face masks for her siblings and became a go-to beauty expert among her peers. But her perspective on aesthetics deepened when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer while Gabby was still in college. This experience introduced her to plastic surgery, and ignited a deep interest in medical aesthetics, which would go on to shape her career.
Gabby received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and decided to move to New York for graduate school, getting her Master of Science from Touro University. Over the years, she gained extensive expertise in injectables, skincare and advanced treatments while working alongside some of New York’s leading plastic surgeons, including at a top practice on Fifth Avenue. During this time, she recognized a significant gap in the industry - medical aesthetics was often seen as an exclusive luxury rather than an essential part of self-care.
Determined to change this - and make these services more accessible outside of the Upper East Side - she founded her first JECT location in the West Village in 2019. She self-funded the business, working uptown in surgery Mon-Fri. and then seeing patients at night and on weekends at JECT. The business grew quickly, and she hired her first practitioner and opened her second location in Bridgehampton that same year.
Gabby takes great pride in the talented, board-certified team at JECT, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting their ongoing expansion to meet the growing demand for elevated, accessible aesthetic services.
