We offer a curated menu of services in a warm and inviting environment with safety and results as our utmost priority. Our mission is to make these services accessible and mainstream. JECT has locations in the West Village, Upper East Side, Bridgehampton, and Westchester (Opening Soon!), with additional locations in the works as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all services trays, products, and equipment according to the daily schedule. Ensure all devices are prepared and operational ahead of time. Prepare the treatment room before and after each client Completion of consistent and quality before & after photography Provide hands-on assistance during services, including but not limited to applying numbing cream, applying pressure and ice packs, using the vibrating handpiece, and other techniques to facilitate a high level of patient care Provide information on JECT’s offerings, including services, memberships, and packages. Answer questions regarding pricing and/or aftercare (deferring to a provider if necessary). Complete and maintain accurate required medical documentation: intake forms, consent forms, medical history, medical records Maintenance of client profiles across all systems, including recording notes after all interactions with the client Participate in inventory checks of medical products and supplies, notifying operations team of low-stock items Comply with company protocols, policies, and relevant health and safety requirements Successfully complete JECT Academy, the comprehensive medical aesthetics training program

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in a client-facing role Experience in medical aesthetics or similar industry is highly advantageous Genuine interest and desire to pursue a career within the medical aesthetics field Accountable, Available, and Adaptable for scheduled shifts Must be available for days, evenings, weekends, and extended store hours where required

Hourly Rate: $20 - $50/hr
