Marketing Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage annual marketing calendar; oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, events and initiatives including evergreen content across channels, new store openings, new service and product launches, among others
  • Responsibility for managing timelines and delivering assets for customer acquisition channels including paid and organic social, paid search, direct mail, OOH, affiliates, and influencers
  • Responsibility for assisting to manage customer retention and loyalty channels including membership program
  • Monitor metrics and propose optimizations based on performance
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure creation and timely delivery of any assets or materials as needed for each initiative
  • Partner closely with creative team to develop strong, on-brand content and messaging for content and ads
  • Assist with managing press, influencers and affiliate program
  • Expand membership program and provide added value for members
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing & Creative colleagues, Operations and Store Leads to establish necessary processes to facilitate successful events across all locations; help create a scalable model for events
  • Track the performance of each marketing initiative and provide data and analysis-based recommendations

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5-7 years experience in marketing

Experience managing across multiple marketing channels, particularly performance marketing and direct response tactics

A strong mix of creative and analytical thinking; data-driven, customer-focused and brand-obsessed

Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, changing environment

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders; excellent managerial skills, and a desire to develop direct reports

Excellent written and verbal communications, strong presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities

Extreme attention to detail; strong work ethic and willingness to work hard with a “no job too small” mindset
