Marketing Analytics Specialist
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage directly with business leaders to help define their marketing analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business case
Ensure all marketing campaign metrics/KPIs are being tracked accurately
Track, assess, and report data across all marketing channels (paid, earned and owned)
Use data visualization skills to create reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly, accurately, and reliably report on marketing effectiveness and business performance.
Incorporate previous performance and learnings to build clear data stories that offer actionable insights
Communicate and present the meaning behind the data and what the results mean, identify trends, and help solve problems
Maintain a strong level of expertise in industry-leading marketing and campaign measurement and analytical approaches
Design and conduct primary and secondary research projects as needed
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members
Analyze historical data to inform and recommend business operation strategies
Assist in quarterly tracking of revenue to opine on Provider performance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5 years’ experience with analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns (online & offline sources)
Expertise with business intelligence tools, web analytics, tracking technologies, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to track, measure, and report on omnichannel marketing campaigns to determine ROI
Expertise in assimilating data from multiples sources to build dashboards and effective displays showing easy-to-interpret trends, metrics, and actionable insights
Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to build meaningful/clear data stories from campaign metrics and present to a variety of audiences
Self-starter with strong project management skills, driving multiple projects simultaneously against tight deadlines
